All of our products are hand made in small batches, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. During sales and promotions please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. This is due to the volume of orders received during this time. We will notify you via email once your order is shipped.
All orders being shipped using USPS Priority Mail will usually take 2-3 days in transit after processing.
Orders are only shipped Monday - Friday.
The standard shipping policy does not apply to Pre-Orders. All Pre-Orders will be shipped on the date that is stated.
Damaged or incorrect order:
In the event that you receive a package with the product damaged or is incorrect. Please notify us within 48 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can try to resolve your issue in a timely manner. For our recoding purposes, a picture of the damaged or incorrect product will be required.
Lost, Stolen or Returned Packages:
Paige Marie, LLC. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Paige Marie Hair Care will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Paige Marie Hair Care is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address or if a package is returned to us due to incorrect address provided by customer. If a package is returned to Paige Marie Hair Care due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re delivery cost applicable to the current shipping charges.
